EMOM (12 mins)
Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM). Complete the designated reps within each minute and use the remaining time to rest.

  • Minute 1: 15x Med Ball Clean & Press

  • Minute 2: 15x KB Swings

There is no competitive score. If 15 reps takes you longer than 45 seconds, drop the rep count to 10 so you have time to breathe.

Scaling & Safety

  • General Regressions: Lower rep count to 10 if 15 takes longer than 45 seconds. Step-back Sprawls.

  • Pregnancy (Trimester 2 & 3): Use a bench for Sprawls. Ensure you do not hold your breath.

  • Postpartum: Focus on a strong exhale during the Clean & Press and the Sprawl.
