High-intensity, functional workouts delivered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - designed to build your strength and fitness in 15 minutes or less, whether you're at home or in the gym.

Finally, a programme that will get you fitter and stronger in the time you actually have, that works for you and that meets you exactly where you are - whether that’s in a fully equipped gym or in your living room.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Three easy-to-follow, workouts with video demonstrations released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Every session is designed to be completed in 10-15 minutes, maximum.

You get two versions of every workout: Equipped for the gym or Bodyweight for home. So you can never "fail" because you couldn't make it to the gym.

We all lack motivation at times, but having a group of like-minded women training alongside you can help keep you going! You’ll be part of our WhatsApp group to share your training and support each other.

If you ever need advice and support, we'll be there every step of the way to help you on your fitness journey. You can reach out any time.

Whether you're navigating an injury, pregnancy, or life as a new mum, every session includes expert scaling options to keep you safe and strong .

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your coach, Daisy, will chat to you 1:1 to explain how everything works, discuss your specific lifestyle and fitness goals, and talk through how you can personally get the most from the programme.

Every week, a new workout will be released every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We all do our best to train on those days, so it feels like we’re training together. But we also know that life happens, so the workouts will be available all week.

It’s so much easier to stay motivated if you’re training alongside a group of like-minded women. This is why all the members of Club15 are part of a supportive WhatsApp group to cheer each other on and share our progress.

We don't require a minimum monthly commitment, so you can try your first month and cancel at any time.

We’re really confident that you’ll love this programme and we’ve worked hard to make it the best it can be. But if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your membership, we will offer you a full refund, no questions asked.
