DOWNLOAD THE ‘SMARTWOD TIMER’ APP

This is a really helpful timer app particular for EMOM and Tabata workouts.

choose your workout: gym or home?

GYM: The equipped version of each workout will only ever use fairly basic gym equipment: Dumbbells (DB), Kettlebells (KB), Medicine Ball (MB), or a Bench/Box.

HOME: No equipment needed, perhaps just a chair or coffee table for some step-ups. And make sure you have enough space to jump and lie down. You may also want to use a gym/yoga mate for comfort.
