Sausage, Egg & Tomato Fry Up

Ingredients

2 chicken sausages
2 eggs, whisked
½ a tomato

Method

Grill/airfry your sausages as per the instructions.

Grill/airfry your tomato for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Whilst this is all cooking, add your whisked egg to a pan on medium heat with a couple of sprays of olive oil. Stir until your eggs are scrambled to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
