Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon

4 slices of wholegrain toast
1 avocado
1 pack of smoked salmon
Optional Garnishes
A squeeze of lemon
Finely chopped chilli

Method
Toast two slices of wholegrain toast and top with smashed or sliced avocado and smoked salmon. I like to garnish mine with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of chilli.
You can make this veggie by substituting the salmon for poached eggs or vegan by sprinkling with nuts and seeds.
