Perhaps even more important than how you train your body is how you fuel it. Feeling healthier doesn’t mean eating boring or bland food. We believe you should be able to eat the foods you love so here you can access our growing collection of exclusive recipes.
HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS

If she hasn’t already, Daisy will soon reach out to arrange an initial call with you to talk about your lifestyle and your goals. You’ll also receive a welcome pack by email explaining everything you need to know.

You'll soon receive an invitation to a shared Google Sheet (if you haven't already). This is your workout programme - so every day you step into the gym you'll have a detailed but straight-forward plan to follow.
Every weekend, the following week's sessions will be uploaded (3 or 5 days depending on your package).

Each day's session will take roughly an hour to complete and is set out with the following structure:
a steady cardio warm-up to get plenty of oxygen pumping round your body
muscle activation to make sure your body is ready for your workout
your main strength work
accessory movements to compliment your strength work
an intense functional workout to hit the rest of the muscles in your body
plus your optional cardio conditioning to help get your feeling fitter
and a short yoga flow specific for that day's session to stretch your muscles and aid recovery

On your programme, you'll see some editable boxes for you to input the weight you used for each exercise, as well as how many reps you managed to complete in each set.
Initially, Daisy will give some advice on how much weight to use for each exercise and, over time, once she’s seen your numbers she'll start to add in the specific weight to use.
It's also important to track your overall progress towards your goal. Daisy will chat with you specifically about what you want to achieve, put down some markers to know where you're starting from, and then continue to measure your progress.

There's no one perfect diet for everyone, nutrition is personal. So, based on some of your key physical attributes - like your age and weight - as well as your goals, lifestyle and eating habits, Daisy will be able to give you some practical help and advice to ensure you're eating what's right for you and your needs.
She’ll discuss this in your one-to-one chat, but you can also take a look at the resources linked below for some nutrition guidance, recipe ideas and sample meal plans.

This programme has been designed to be progressive without being repetitive so hopefully you'll enjoy the varied training whilst still seeing some great results.
Through the tracking mentioned above, Daisy will help you make adjustments to your training and your diet to keep you on track and getting results!
