We'll speak to you one-on-one to find out what your training targets are and build a personal plan to reach those goals.

Consistency is the key to success. So our programme has been expertly planned to be fun and varied so that you actually look forward to training.

We'll develop a personal nutrition plan to suit you, your lifestyle, eating habits and goals.

We all lack motivation at times, or need some advice and support. We'll be there every step of the way to help you on your fitness journey. We'll check-in with you every week, but you can reach out to us at any time.

As a BFL member you'll gain access to a growing library of healthy and delicious recipes and meal inspo.

Each training session is paired with an optional online follow-along video yoga flow. The stretches included in each sequence perfectly compliment the muscles you'll have worked that session.

We'll guide you on what weights you use and when to increase weight or reps. We'll adjust your training and nutrition as we go along to keep you improving and making progress. We'll also adapt and modify any of the movements to suit your individual needs.

Each week you'll receive your varied and scaleable workouts in an uncomplicated, easy-to-follow format - we'll track all your data and give you the targets for your next sessions.

We'll develop a personal nutrition plan to suit you, your lifestyle, eating habits and goals. We'll continually monitor. and adjust this with you to keep you progressing towards your goals.

We'll continue to check-in with you every week, but you can also reach out to us for support at any time.

We'll keep track of your training and nutrition and adjust things as we go along to keep you improving and making progress.

We don't require a minimum monthly commitment, so you cna try your first month and then let's take it from there. If you're loving the programme (which we know you will) we're happy to offer discounts for up-front packages but we can chat about that with you at any time.
