Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
1 wholemeal tortilla
1 medium chicken breast
Washed and chopped salad leaves
½ a thinly sliced avocado
A tbsp greek yoghurt
½ a garlic clove
A squeeze of lemon juice
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Method
Season the chicken with the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper. This can then be cooked in the oven, under the grill or airfryer (as per the instructions on the packet).
Chop the garlic and add a little salt, then use the flat of your knife to squash the garlic into a paste (alternatively you could use a garlic press to crush the garlic). Mix this with the greek yoghurt. Spread a thin layer of this on your tortilla.
Add the lettuce and avocado.
Add the cooked chicken.
Fold and roll the wrap. This can be eaten hot or cold.
